Learn Reiki with Julie Quinn of Quinntessentials 

In This Reiki 1 weekend we will meet on Saturday & Sunday from 9:30-5:30pm.  It will be a relaxing and meditative learning environment with lots of readings to share, the History of Reiki will be covered, you will receive the 1st symbol for healing as well as 5 attunements to the vibration of Reiki meaning Universal Lifeforce Energy, and the Certificate for completing Level 1 in the Usui Method in the Ichi Sakai lineage.  

Everyone will learn how to give themselves a full body Reiki treatment and you will practice giving reiki to yourself, plants, animals, and friends to get familiar with the vibration.

We will have built in meditation and journaling time with the option to take a break in nature at a nearby park.  All trainings will be held in North Park at the Quinntessentials workshop/home space of Julie Quinn unless we need to rent a larger space.
