We will spend some time going over basic herbal knowledge with single western herbs and some of our favorite blends for different ailments. Quinn will also teach us how to create an herbal tincture to be used internally.

Julie Quinn with Quinntessentials will be guiding a small group, demonstrating how to make an herbal oil and poultice, while teaching you how to make her Yogi Bones Salve.  It's a tried and true recipe for healing pain, inflammation, bruising, and swelling.  Everyone will take home a salve, the recipe, and the knowledge & confidence to prepare these healing salves and oils at home.
